I've been dealing with both emotional and physical symptoms of perimenopause for years particularly around my cycle. It got to the point where my symptoms (too much to list here) were interfering with my daily activities. My Elektra Health Practitioner, Jackie Giannelli thoroughly read my intake form prior to our appointment. She had all questions/ concerns/ suggestions about my care plan well thought out. She was informative, and I appreciate that she took the time to explain things to me. As a whole, I definitely felt I was heard and understood.
